Il 30 e 31 torniamo in Taupo.

Ok, allora, con un po' di ritardo...
Son stato dal medico lunedi' sera, ma gia' da lunedi' mattina gli occhi non prudevano quasi + e stavo molto meglio.
Cmq il dr. mi ha detto che quasi sicuramente e' un'allergia, anche xke' spesso mi capita di starnutire per magari 20 minuti filati...
Mi ha dato un collorio apposta per allergia e pastiglie contro allergia da provar per 1 mese.
Da 2 giorni gli occhi van bene, quando son stanco son ancora abb. rossi, ma almeno non ho mal di testa. Inoltre non ho quasi + starnutito.

Oggi abbiam trovato i voli per la cina per dicembre, partiamo il 19 dicembre da qui e io tornero' il 18 gennaio qui in nz.
Domani li paghiamo.

Da circa martedi' sera scorso ho problemi agli occhi.
Rossi, prudono, mi comportano mal di testa e perdita di concentrazione.
Da oggi van un pochino meglio.
Domani ho cmq appuntamento col medico per far un check, andro' alle 5pm, dopo il lavoro.
Vediamo un po' che mi dice....
Inoltre gli diro' dei costanti problemi che ho con la luce al neon e vedro' che mi consiglia di fare.

Per ora il lavoro sta andando bene.
Non c'e' modo di far un paragone con il posto dove lavoravo prima.
Qui ambiente normale, abbastanza professionali ed organizzati.

Siam stati a Christchurch lo scorso weekend (da vene sera a lune sera); la citta' + bella che ho visto per ora qui in nz (postero' foto su facebook, ci ho provato ieri, ma il sito mi dava errori sull'upload).

I giornali di qui riportano sempre + frequentemente notizie sull'italia e sul caro presidente del consiglio.
Quando eravamo in ostello a Chch ho letto un giornale e una pagina intera era dedicata a lui. Stupendo dai, neanche lo pigliavano per il culo, di +!

About your professional offenses during the meeting directed to me (“all the releases that Claudio did have been a failure”) have nothing to be discussed from my point of view.

Please read the email below where answer has already been given. I will do cut and paste again “I think you have very little time left with us and there is no one else in the team that can provide PHP support at this point. I hope you understand my concerns and need in relation to this.”. This is the reason that your leave cannot be approved and you were advised this on 25th March, 10.38 AM email.

If you need to discuss this further with me, please come and see me. Who said what in the meeting and how people reacted to the work etc, I would like to discuss this in person but not via email. There were two other people sitting in that meeting and there was one person sitting behind me who was also seeing people reaction in the meeting. But we can discuss this further, if required.

As regards to your leave, as I said earlier, due to you being the only PHP resource, your annual leave cannot be approved because there is no one in the team that can support these systems presently. Hope you understand this.

As I understand everyone is happy and confident with all the info I passed.
Repeating that there is no PHP work at the moment, I still don’t have a answer to why the leave is can’t be approved.

TCS has many PHP applications and only one person looking after them.

It already happened once that I was sick and there was a critical PHP related issue, and I came to work for fix it, even though I got fever and flu.

As a result, during our last meeting with other members of IRG team, I’ve been also humiliated by some words (not corresponding to reality) you said: “all the releases that Claudio did have been a failure”.

Thanks Claudio. I have kept regular communication with all parties on the subject to minimse the impact to the team. You have been advised about the status of your leave every day, please refer to emails below.

Both Joseph and Rea have been advised that they have to look at from their perspective. Joseph – have you started PHP process (ie. ask Claudio to write down for HRMIS, Online, Non Returners and Payment to supervisors).

Rea – As discussed yesterday, can you please also do the needful in relation to development side. I like to have confirmation from you both (ie. Joseph and Rea) that you guys have covered everything you need.

Hi,
Non returners has always run the night of each end of month and start of the month.
The result of the run is visible the first of the month.
Nothing needs to be done the day before.

The tests about the procedure have already been successfully done and signed off (including deployment to production) by users and you.
The job is scheduled to run as it always did before (see screenshot, nr_monthly.sh cronjob).

The emails to the schools for duals enrolment are scheduled to run every first day of the month from 1st of April in the morning; the content of the emails is changed, tested by Marie Crooke and Rea and the changes have been already deployed to production.

All the procedure is fully documented on the wiki and yesterday I also described step by step to Rea about this.
